Resum
We propose a transparent electrode consisting of an aluminum doped zinc oxide (AZO) layer capped with an ultrathin oxidized Ti film for indium-free bulk-heterojunction polymer solar cells (PSCs). The oxidized Ti increases the chemical, environmental, stability and the surface smoothness of AZO while still maintaining its electrical and optical properties.
