Resum
We explore, theoretically and experimentally, the spatial (angular) filtering of two-dimensional light beams by longitudinally chirped axisymmetric photonic microstructures. The structures comprise a set of planes of concentric rings with the separation between the plates smoothly varying along the propagation direction.
