Resum
The aim of the present work is to identify the attributes of the wellness products that affect users’ experience. For this goal, we considered the values related to users’ emotions, caused when the product stimulated their sensitivity. The study focused on three leading Spanish companies in the wellness industry. This study’s most important tasks are: analyze current design processes and characteristics of each product, and perform an extensive data collection about users’ satisfaction. ...
