The current paper presents various analytical models suitable for the evaluation of hybrid beam deflections, ranging from simple to complex expressions, which can be applied in common design practice. The formulations are based primarily on the Euler-Bernoulli composite beam theory and on the Stüssi–Granholm–Newmark–Pleshkov interlayer slip model, completed by shear deflection contributions based on the Timoshenko beam th eory.
