Resum
The author examine the influence of magnetic field on the boiling frequency in liquid metals. From a consideration of a model for the development magnetohydrodynamic Taylor instabilities at the interface vapor liquid the most striking result is the suppression of boiling at high values of the magnetic field. The above important conclusion agree wit the available experimental measurements made on mercury.
