    Según la OMS, las enfermedades cardiovasculares son la causa principal de mortalidad en Europa (4 millones al año). Ante un paro cardiaco con testigos, la desfibrilación precoz, aplicada antes de transcurrir 10 minutos, puede salvar entre un 15 y un 90% de vidas según la tardanza en efectuar la desfibrilación. Por ello, la Associació Barcelona Salut propone el proyecto ¿Barcelona, ciutat cardioprotegida¿, cuyo objetivo es dotar a la ciudad de un sistema de protección ante la muerte súbita, instalando desfibriladores semiautomáticos en espacios públicos. En este marco, este trabajo se centra en la formulación de modelos de programación lineal entera mixta (MILP), para problemas de localización y cubrimiento del servicio con los objetivos: (1) minimizar el coste de instalación para alcanzar la cobertura total de un territorio urbano, y (2) maximizar la cobertura del territorio cuando se fija un presupuesto al coste de instalación.

    En una línea de montaje de productos mixtos, el tiempo requerido por una unidad de un producto en una estación no coincide con el tiempo disponible en ella (ciclo). Este trabajo se centra en el MMSP-W (Mixed Model Scheduling Problem-Work overload), un problema de secuenciación de productos en dichas líneas, y comprende: (1) las definiciones saturación estática (propia del equilibrado de la línea) y saturación dinámica (propia de la secuencia de fabricación), (2) la extensión del MMSP-W, al que se incorpora la saturación dinámica, (3) la explotación del nuevo modelo en una línea de motores, y (4) un análisis del impacto generado por la variación de la saturación dinámica máxima permitida, sobre los RRHH adicionales mínimos necesarios para eliminar la sobrecarga de trabajo (W), para una demanda y un mix de producción dados.

    A partir de tres métodos de la Ergonomía, se establece un sistema unificado de métricas para los niveles de riesgo de operaciones en líneas de producción del sector de automoción. Se define el concepto riesgo ergonómico como una función lineal dependiente de los tiempos de proceso de las operaciones y del factor de actividad aplicado por los operarios. Además, se formula un modelo matemático que incorpora como objetivo la minimización del riesgo ergonómico en problemas de equilibrado de líneas, y se explota dicho modelo a través de un caso de estudio basado en una línea de montaje de 9 tipos de motor con 140 operaciones. Tras ello, para una demanda y un mix de producción dados, se analiza el impacto generado por la variación del riesgo ergonómico máximo permitido, en cada estación de trabajo, sobre las necesidades de RRHH. Se concluye con una discusión sobre la naturaleza multiobjetivo del problema en la que se contraponen los beneficios económicos frente a los sociales.

    Resumen: El acoso moral o ¿mobbing¿ es un problema grave que constituye una lacra en el ámbito laboral con repercusiones directas en la esfera no sólo profesional sino también personal del trabajador afectado y requiere de un profundo análisis para determinar las formas de prevenirlo, combatirlo y tratarlo. El legislador hace escasamente 4 años tipificó como delito el acoso laboral, tomando conciencia que ante supuestos graves de acoso moral debía otorgarse una protección reforzada a través de la jurisdicción penal. En el presente trabajo vamos a analizar la regulación normativa y tratamiento jurisprudencial del acoso moral concluyendo con un análisis sobre las posibles lagunas existentes y la necesidad de que todos los sectores afectados, empresa y trabajador, contribuyan en la lucha contra este tipo de conductas. Abstract: Mobbing is a serious issue that constitutes a blight in the workplace with direct consequences not only in the professional field but also personal of the worker affected. Mobbing requires a thorough analysis to determine ways to prevent it, combat it, and treat it. The legislator barely four years ago classified the mobbing as a crime, being aware that in serious cases of mobbing should be given greater protection through the criminal courts. In this paper we analyze the legal normative and jurisprudence of the mobbing. We end with an analysis of the possible legal loopholes and the need for all sectors affected, the company and the workers contribute to the fight against this type of behavior.

This ergonomic risk is defi ned from the task durations and their categories regarding to the risk factor for the workers. A study is presented through a case linked to an engine assembly line in the Automobile industry, considering variable demand.

    Se resuelve el Blocking Flow Shop Problem (BFSP), consis- te en determinar una secuencia de piezas procesadas por una lnea de maquinas sin espacios de almacenamiento entre ellas. Para ello, se im- plementan 14 algoritmos heursticos Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure (GRASP) aplicados a las 60 primeras instancias de Taillard. Los resultados obtenidos con los 7 procedimientos que incorporan la heurstica de Nawaz son los mas competitivos cuando se comparan con otros los de la literatura.

    In this paper, we present an extension to the mixed-model sequencing problem with work overload minimisation (MMSP-W) for production lines with serial workstations and parallel homogeneous processors. The extension is intended to meet the industrial need to sequence various products so that the work required and completed at the workstations over time is as constant as possible. Several approaches are proposed to formulate the problem, giving rise to different models. Four models are selected, and their performances are compared after running the Gurobi solver, using instances from the literature and a case study of the Nissan powertrain plant in Barcelona.
