Scaffolds of a biodegradable poly(ester amide)constituted of L-alanine, sebacic acid, and 1,12-dodecanediol units (abbreviated as PADAS) were prepared by the compression-molding/particulate-leaching method. The influence of the type, size, and percentage of salt on the scaffold porosity and morphology was evaluated.
