Abstract
Quality assurance techniques have been developed to supervise the service quality (QoS) agreed between service-based systems (SBSs) consumers and providers. Such QoS is usually included in service level agreements (SLAs) and thus, SLA monitoring platforms have been developed supporting violation detection.
