Abstract
The antibacterial activity of chitosan modified with the thiol-containing 2-iminothiolane HCl (TC-IMI) and N-acetyl- L -cysteine (TC-NAC) was studied by Langmuir film balance technique using a dipalmitoylphos- phatidylglycerol (DPPG) monolayer bacterial membrane model.
