Abstract
The effect of the notch sharpening on the fracture toughness obtained under Elastic–Plastic Fracture Mechanics (EPFMs) approach has been analyzed in two different types of thermoplastic polymers, a semicrystalline multi-phase ethylene–propylene block copolymer and an amorphous polycarbonate.
