Abstract
Mechanical spectroscopy has been largely used in metallic glasses (MG) to access and characterize relaxation processes in metallic glasses. Here we analyse the low frequency relaxation properties of two MG by mechanical spectroscopy. Hyper-quenched and relaxed Mg65Cu25Y10 MG ribbons are analysed by mechanical spectroscopy at temperatures below and around the glass transition.
