Abstract
The presence of recalcitrant organic pollutants in water systems is continuously increasing, thus the need for new treatments such as Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOPs), which appear as an efficient alternative to conventional processes [1]. AOPs are based on the generation of highly oxidant hydroxyl radicals (•OH).
