This deliverable provides a complete detailed description of the mathematical model that describes the movement of injected CO2 in a brine-containing formation. The presented model does not refer to any particular case. Instead, it refers to a most general case, involving two-phase (water and gas) flow, in a heterogeneous deformable porous medium domain, under non-isothermal conditions.
