Abstract
The problem of parameter estimation of a cyclostationary signal is addressed in this paper. The maximum likelihood function is approximated by the mean squared error (MSE) between the estimated and expected cyclic autocorrelation matrices, and a joint frequency-timing estimator is obtained.
