Abstract
Hyperbranched poly(ethyleneimine) (PEI) has been modified by the addition of propargyl acrylate following a Michael addition reaction. On this polymer (PEI-yne) a copper (I)-catalyzed azide alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) has been performed to obtain a multifunctional triazole initiator (PEI-TA).
