Abstract To enhance the performance of on-chip communications of Globally Asynchronous Locally Synchronous Systems (GALS), a dynamic reconfigurable multi-synchronous router architecture is proposed to increase network on chip (NoC) efficiency by changing the path of the communication link in the runtime traffic situation.
