Abstract
In this paper, a wearable antenna sensor based on a textile open ring resonator is presented. The antenna sensor consists of an open ring resonator whose resonance frequency is modified due to the antenna bending impact. The antenna sensor is embroidered, tested, and the measured results are reported in the paper. The results show output sensitivity from 0.4 MHz/mm to 2.2 MHz/mm which demonstrate the usefulness of textile open ring resonators on the development of antenna sensors. © Institution...
