Abstract
The wall paintings from the chapel of Saint Michael in the Royal Monastery of Saint Mary from Pedralbes in Barcelona dating back to 1346 are attributed to the workshop of the Catalan master painter Ferrer Bassa [1]. The paintings connect Barcelona with the technical and artistic innovations introduced in the Italian cities at the beginning of the 14th century.
