Abstract
The Wave-Current Interactions (WCI) is investigated examining the influences of coupled wave--current numerical models. The COAWST system, which uses ROMS and SWAN models, is used in a high resolution domain (350 m). For the initial and boundary conditions, data from the IBI-MFC products have been used for the water circulation modeling and a downscaling technique has been performed for the wave modeling.
