Abstract
Ensuring the measuring receiver's compliance with the specifications given in CISPR 16-1-1 is mandatory. This is achieved through traceable calibration of the instrument regarding its standard requirements. Incidentally, the receiver's response to pulses of the weighting detectors is the most challenging aspect that must be calibrated.
