Abstract
The depletion of mining sites makes necessary to find another way to recover valuable metals such as Rare Earth Elements (REEs). For that, Acidic Mine Waters (AMWs) can be a resource since present relatively high concentrations of REEs, which are indispensable for the high-tech industry.
