Abstract
Context: Composite endpoints are frequently chosen as primary endpoint in randomized controlled trials. Composite endpoints are common in many areas, such as cardiovascular and oncology, where Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events (MACE) and Progression Free Survival (PFS) are the usual primary endpoints.
