Abstract
In this research paper, the utilization of the magnetic calcium alginate/carboxymethyl chitosan/Ni0.2Zn0.2Fe2.6O4 (CA/CMC/Ni0.2Zn0.2Fe2.6O4) was investigated for the simultaneous aqueous adsorption of Nd (III), Tb (III), and Dy (III). The magnetic products were characterized by FE-SEM, EDX, XRD, FT-IR, TGA, and VSM techniques. The saturation magnetization value for Ni0.2Zn0.2Fe2.6O4 and CA/CMC/Ni0.2Zn0.2Fe2.6O4 was found to be 45.87 and 14.14 emu/g, respectively. Using RSM, a quadratic polynomia...
