Abstract
The evolution of copper precipitates in Fe¿Cu alloys during thermal ageing and irradiation, assuming the domination of Ostwald ripening, has been theoretically investigated. It is assumed that copper atoms diffuse via a vacancy mechanism and copper clusters are homogeneously nucleated.
