Microtubes and microfibres composed of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) were fabricated by melt-assisted templates using ordered macroporous silicon. We have studied the influence of the pore depth and the template type on the microstructure fabrication, where the templates were membranes or structures opened only at one end.
