Abstract
The Bailundo carbonatite massif is one of the largest in Angola. The massif has a circular morphology and the structure belongs to a plug intrusion in subvolcanic context, where the central part consists of carbonatites and carbonatite breccias. The external area is formed by ring shaped dikes made up by carbonatite breccias and fenites.
