Abstract
Partitioned Global Address Space (PGAS) programming languages, such as Unified Parallel C (UPC), offer an attractive high-productivity programming model for programming large-scale parallel machines. PGAS languages partition the application’s address space into private, shared-local and shared-remote memory.
